What about COVID-19?

Working with the Cambridge Environmental Health Officer we have put into place various features to help stop the spread of COVID-19 at Apocalypse Paintball. Feel free to give us a call or email if you have any concerns.

What do I need to bring on the day?

Please bring some money or a bank card in case you need to buy anything at apocalypse paintball, such as refreshments or more paintballs. It is adviseable to bring a change of clothes in case you get wet. Please also note that sturdy footware is a must as the game zones may be uneven and muddy in places.

Is Paintball safe?

Like any other activity sport, there is always a risk. However if you observe all the safety regulations & follow all the Marshals' instructions then the worst that will happen will be a few bruises to show off the next day.

Can I bring my own paintballs?

Just like you can’t take your own food to a restaurant, you cannot bring your own paintballs to the centre. You can only use paintballs issued by Apocalypse Paintball on the day of your event. If any person is found using non Apocalypse Paintball issued paintball they will be asked to leave.

What is the minimum age?

We allow High impact and Low impact Paintball to be played from age 9 upwards. You need to be basically fit and willing to have a good day out. (Please Note: Players that are under 16 year old require parental / guardian consent).

How many players do I need to bring?

There is no minimum or maximum requirement; any numbers are fine, we do however require a minimum of 8 players for a mid week game however this is also package dependant.

What happens if a player does not turn up on the day and I have already paid for them?

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I use the paintballs if a player does not turn up on the day and I have already paid for them?

Unfortunately not. If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I bring my own paintball equipment?

You can bring your own equipment, but it is always at the discretion of the Site Manager whether you can use it. You can bring your own goggles, provided they are designed for paintball games and have not been modified in any way.

Can we bring alcohol to the Apocalypse Paintball?

Yes, but it may only be consumed after the days play. Any player showing effects of alcohol may be refused access to the days games.

What happens if it rains?

We play paintball in all weathers, so be prepared to get wet and muddy if the conditions are less than pleasant!.
